MoodHacker helps you discover what works best for you so you can do more of that, especially if you’re feeling down.

MoodHacker is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Positive Psychology and was shown to be effective in improving mood and reducing negative thinking in a randomized, controlled clinical trial.

This app is only available to existing registered users of MoodHacker, which is offered exclusively through health plans and employers and is not available in the consumer market.
